Repairs and upgrades for home computers, custom PCs built to order, and IT support for offices of 1–50 people. Common jobs have flat prices. Anything else gets a quote before work starts.
Home repair & setup
Flat rates for laptops, desktops and home networks. Work not listed is $95/hr, billed in 30-minute increments. Parts are billed at cost plus 15%, or you can bring your own.
On-site visits add a $49 trip fee within 20 miles. Remote sessions have no trip fee.
Custom PC builds
You pay a flat build fee, and parts are billed at cost with receipts shown. You get help choosing parts, or bring a list of your own.

On-demand help and fixed-price projects for offices with 1–50 people. Prepaid hour blocks cost less per hour and stay valid for 12 months.

Managed IT plans
One flat monthly fee per user covers your office's IT. 5-user minimum, month-to-month after the first 3 months. One-time onboarding is $99/user, waived with a 12-month agreement. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed at cost.

The fine print
Short and plain, so there are no surprises at pickup.
Turnaround
Repairs take 2–4 business days. Builds take 5–10 business days after parts arrive. Next-business-day rush service is +50% when available.
Warranty
90 days on labor, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. If the same problem returns within 30 days, the fix is free.
Your data
We handle your files with care, but keeping a backup is your responsibility. We can back up your data before service for a flat $40. It’s included free with Windows reinstalls and data transfers. Backups are deleted 30 days after pickup.
Quotes
We contact you before any work that would go over the quoted price.
Payment
Home services are paid at pickup. Business invoices are net 15. Managed plans bill monthly in advance by card or ACH.
Pickup & cancellation
Devices left 60 days after we tell you they're ready are considered abandoned. Managed plans need 30 days' written notice after the first 3 months.
